I'm an ML and data engineer with over four years of experience building systems that bridge research-quality models and production-grade infrastructure. My work spans RAG/LLM systems, MLOps pipelines, time-series forecasting, and data engineering — with a clear bias toward work that actually ships and performs in the real world.
I care about the full stack of ML: not just getting a model to train, but understanding why it works, what breaks it, and how to make it reliable and maintainable in a production environment. I think in systems, not just models.
Alongside client work, I compete on Zindi — the African ML competition platform — and write technical articles for Towards Data Science. Both keep me honest. Competitions reward rigour; writing demands clarity.
I work remotely and I'm deliberate about where I spend my time. I do my best work in environments that value craft over velocity, give engineers genuine autonomy, and build things with real-world impact. Based in Lagos, Nigeria — available to teams worldwide.
Competing on Zindi keeps the fundamentals sharp. More results to follow as more competitions run.
I'm open to remote contracts in ML engineering, RAG/LLM systems, MLOps, and data engineering. If the work is interesting and the environment is right, I want to hear about it.
